An evolution of the United Nations growing containers used ​in community projects around the world, on corporate ​campuses and in school and residential gardens, the Caja ​(pronounced ka-ha) growing container enables anyone in ​any space to organically grow a large variety of ​vegetables, fruits and herbs.

Is a Caja eco-friendly?

The Caja is made using 50% recycled plastic, and is BPA free, food ​safe, UV stabilized and frost-proof. It requires 50% less fertilizer and ​80% less water compared to traditional growing methods. So, not ​only is the Caja eco-friendly, it’s safe and durable - sure to bring you ​years of food growing fun!

How big is a Caja?

At 29 inches (74 cm) x 13.5 inches (34 cm) x 11.5 ​inches (28 cm) with 2 cubic feet of planting volume ​and 10 L water reservoir, a Caja is small, portable and ​easy to maintain.

The Caja Organic Growing System has everything you ​need to organically grow your own vegetables, fruits ​and herbs. It includes the Caja, watering tube, ​aeration screen, mulch cover, 3 x 20 L bags of ​premium organic soil, 1 kg organic fertilizer and ​dolomite lime mix and seeds. Just add sunshine (or ​artificial light) and water and watch your food grow!
